
Life After High School for Students with IEPs and 504s
Starting to think about what life will be like after high school? For students with special needs or learning differences and their parents, early planning can make this transition much easier for everyone.
This Thursday, the Woburn Department of Special Education is hosting a free discussion over dinner on the "Nuts and Bolts of Transitional Planning" to teach students and parents many of the elements that need to be considered to develop a transitional plan that is right for you.
