The single-level home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers 2,352 square feet, privacy, and a flexible layout appealing to downsizers, first-time buyers, or anyone seeking convenient one-floor living. 
• City Council OKs modest pay raise for benefits coordinator (homenewshere.com) — Woburn's City Council has approved a modest $2,282 raise for the city's longtime benefits coordinator and signed off on $19,000 in extra funding to repave badly worn streets in North Woburn. Councilors also backed a small transfer to upgrade Salem Street traffic lights, meaning residents could soon see smoother roads and safer, more reliable signals in several neighborhoods.
