• Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Tops Off 180,000-Square-Foot Manufacturing and Innovation Center in Woburn (bostonrealestatetimes.com) — A major 180,000-square-foot manufacturing and innovation center called The Bolt is rising along Woburn's New Boston Corridor, promising about 300 new jobs and a 2027 opening near the Anderson/Woburn MBTA station. The project is part of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes' $400 million effort transforming a former Superfund site with new housing, retail, and infrastructure, including the newly reopened New Boston Street bridge reconnecting North Woburn to I‑93.
