Third Man Indicted in Officer Maguire's Death
Arthur Cinelli, brother of the alleged killer, was indicted by a Woburn Superior Court Grand Jury.

A third man has been indicted in connection with the shooting death of Woburn , announced the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office late Thursday afternoon.
The DA’s office also released more information about the night that Officer Maguire was shot and killed by career criminal Dominic Cinelli last December.
Arthur Cinelli, 50, of Newburyport, was indicted by a Grand Jury today on charges of conspiracy to commit masked armed robbery and accessory before the fact to masked armed robbery.

Scott Hanright, 19, of Wakefield, and Kevin Dingwell, 51, of Wakefield, were in connection with the case. Hanright was indicted on charges of murder, masked armed robbery (4 counts), armed assault with intent to rob (4 counts), stealing by confining (4 counts), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60, assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and conspiracy to commit masked armed robbery. Dingwell was indicted on accessory after the fact to robbery (4 counts), and willfully misleading a police officer (2 counts).
“We allege that Arthur Cinelli, the brother of Officer Maguire’s murderer, and Scott Hanright engaged in a pre-meditated plan with Dominic Cinelli to , no matter what it took to get away with it,” said Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone Thursday afternoon.

“The execution of this brazen masked armed robbery resulted in the reasonably foreseeable consequences of a ,” added Leone. “We intend to hold all participants in this heinous crime fully accountable under the law.”
The investigation into the armed robberty at Kohl's revealed that Arthur Cinelli allegedly assisted his brother in the planning and preparation of the armed robbery, said authorities Thursday.
An examination of Dominic Cinelli’s phone revealed numerous text messages between him and Arthur Cinelli describing the specific plans for the robbery at Kohl’s. The Newburyport man is also alleged to have aided, assisted, counseled and encouraged Dominic, providing explicit directions on how Dominic should carry out the masked armed robbery, according to authorities.
The DA’s office also said Thursday that investigators found that Arthur Cinelli sent several text messages to his brother on Dec. 26, asking about the robbery and subsequent shooting and “asking if everything was all right.”
