Woburn Students at Worcester Polytechnic Institute Make Dean's List

Check out who was recognized for academic excellence.

Congratulations to the several Worcester Polytechnic Institute students from Woburn who, according to the university, made their dean's list in the fall of 2011.

  • Alan Cheung is a freshman majoring in chemical engineering.
  • Joao Correia is a sophomore majoring in environmental engineering.
  • Emily Dudley of is a senior majoring in civil and environmental engineering.

To make the dean's list, students must receive an "A" for a certain amount of coursework.

"WPI's academic programs are remarkably rigorous, so being named to the dean's list is a testament to hard work, a sharp mind, and a commitment to excellence," said Provost Eric Overström in a statement.
