Beloved MA Grilled Cheese Truck To Open First Store In Worcester

It's expected to open in a popular public market.

WORCESTER, MA — A popular food truck in Massachusetts is opening its first-ever brick-and-mortar storefront.

Bees And Thank You, the mobile food truck known for its sweet and savory grilled cheeses, is expected to open a store inside Worcester Public Market in Kelley Square, at 160 Green St. The business will go before Worcester's License Commission to request a Common Victualer license on Thursday.

Bees And Thank You's mission is to educate people about deforestation and the rapid decline of bees. The business said it aims to educate people about the importance of honeybees and other pollinators.

The food truck's menu consists of four grilled cheeses: "the classic", "the sweet", "the fire," and "the vegan," as well as chef specialties and grilled desserts.

Bees And Thank You said it plans to open inside the public market this month but has not yet shared an exact opening date. The business's proposed hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Worcester Public Market is home to more than 20 restaurants and vendors, including Wachusett Brewing Co., Lobstah On A Roll, Ruby Doo's, and The Burger Bah.
