With a wonderful variety of easy-to-use activities and practices, mindfulness educators Wendy O’Leary and Dr. Helen Maffini provide science-backed approaches to encourage joy and contentment—while embracing and validating emotions of all flavors.
About the Author
Wendy O’Leary, M.Ed., is an author and public speaker with expertise in emotional resilience, mindfulness, and self-compassion for children and adults. Her books are based on 15-plus years of teaching experience with children and adults. Wendy is a certified meditation teacher, parent educator, yoga instructor, Awakening Joy Program facilitator, and an online contributor to Mindful Magazine.
