• Bloomfield Hills voters to decide library millage renewal (candgnews.com) — Bloomfield Hills voters will decide in November whether to renew a six-year, 0.52-mill library tax that funds their contract with the Baldwin Public Library in Birmingham giving residents full borrowing and program access. If renewed, the millage would raise about $440,000 in its first year and keep Bloomfield Hills patrons on equal footing with Birmingham cardholders for digital resources, research databases, and outreach services.
