For Sale: Bloomfield Township Foreclosed Properties Among Those Listed For Auction Tuesday

Seven properties, mostly vacant lots, will be auctioned off tomorrow as part of the Oakland County Treasurer's Office semiannual Foreclosed Property Sale.

The sale of these properties and others across the county will begin at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, 1200 N. Telegraph in Pontiac.

Before bidding on a property, interested parties must research the parcel by visiting township government to see whether the property has been slated for demolition, has environmental damage, special tax assessment or other issues. All bidders must register with the treasurer’s office before they may bid.
