In exchange for his plea, which comes with a sentence agreement of 35-60 years in prison, prosecutors asked the judge to dismiss a first-degree murder charge, a carjacking charge, an armed robbery charge, a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm and five counts of using a firearm during a felony, officials said.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 1.

Police said Miller was disguised in a wig, hat and glasses, while waiting outside the hospital for Wilson to get into her black 2020 Lincoln Nautilus after work. As Wilson was getting into her SUV, Miller approached her and forced his way into the SUV, pushing Wilson inside, prosecutors said.
Miller then fired a handgun at Wilson multiple times through the back passenger side of the vehicle, killing her, prosecutors said. Officials said Miller then got into the driver's seat and sped away from the hospital.
Miller later turned himself in on May 14.
