Through this collaboration, TVA and TVN will expand their mission to prepare emerging media professionals for careers in journalism, broadcasting, photojournalism, content writing, and other media-related fields. The new system leverages skillBNK’s innovative platform to create an outcome-driven infrastructure that streamlines curriculum development, enhances learner engagement, and tracks performance in real time.

TVA and TVN operate as a cohesive nationwide media training and workforce development system, combining education, apprenticeship opportunities, and employer connections. To date, more than 300 emerging media professionals have completed the program with a 75% placement success rate. The addition of skillBNK’s technology enhances this model by introducing data-driven insights, personalized learning pathways, and greater operational efficiency.
