Anti-Semitic Flyers Tossed Onto Oakland County Homes Overnight: Police
Investigators are doing interviews, knocking on doors and collecting evidence in what they are calling a "very active investigation."
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — Police are investigating after more than 100 anti-Semitic flyers were tossed onto Oakland County homes over the weekend, according to police.
The flyers, which were wrapped in plastic bags and contained "virulent antisemitic material," were thrown onto front lawns and driveways in the area of Farmington and 14 Mile roads in Farmington Hills and West Bloomfield between Friday night and Saturday morning, according to police.
The bags also had other non-hazardous materials to help weigh them down and make them easier to throw, according to police.
