Jeff Duncan, master instructor and 6th degree black belt as well as his wife Connie, chief instructor and 2nd degree black belt are offering a Women's Self-Defense Seminar for women ages 11 and up today. The Farmington Emergency Preparedness Commission is sponsoring this event that will teach women about situational awareness and self-defense skills.
The fee includes class supplies and a tax-deductible donation to HAVEN.
