Learn about lung health and pulmonary rehabilitation at October's "Walk with a Doc"
Featuring Dr. Wilfred VanderRoest, a pulmonologist, and Cynthia Bailo, a respiratory therapist

Beaumont Hospital - Farmington Hills, formerly Botsford Hospital, welcomes all to attend its “Walk with a Doc” program on Thursday, Oct. 15, from noon to 1 p.m. This free community event is led by a physician who emphasizes exercise and provides health tips. At this walk, Wilfred VanderRoest, D.O., a pulmonologist, and Cynthia Bailo, a respiratory therapist, will address lung health issues and how pulmonary rehabilitation can help.
“Walk with a Doc” events are held at the Heritage Park Nature Center in Farmington Hills. The park is on the west side of Farmington Road between 10 and 11 Mile Roads. Look for “Walk with a Doc” dates at noon on the third Thursday of every month through November. Walks held rain or shine. Healthy snacks are provided. Register by calling 1-877-477-3621, option #1.
