Lung Cancer Support Group meets monthly in Farmington Hills
Next meeting Dec. 21 at Beaumont Cancer Center

Being diagnosed with lung cancer is not easy. Your loved ones offer support, but you may find it hard to reach out. Connecting with others who know what it is to have lung cancer can help during this difficult time. To start, join the Lung Cancer Support Group at Beaumont Hospital – Farmington Hills. The next meeting is Monday, Dec. 21, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at the Beaumont Cancer Center – Farmington Hills, located at 27900 Grand River Ave., Suite 230. Thoracic surgeon David Sternberg, M.D., leads the group, which he opens to anyone living with lung cancer and their loved ones. You don’t have to be a Beaumont patient to attend. Each meeting features a guest speaker. Meetings are the third Monday each month. There is no fee to attend. For more information, call 248-473-4828.
