Macomb Township Recreation Center is offering Forever Fit classes for adults 55 and up. The class, which meets twice weekly, will offer numerous benefits, from easing arthritis, improving blood pressure and heart health to lessening depression and boosting strength.
Cost is $55 for Macomb Township residents; $60 for non-residents. Recreation Center members get a $5 discount.
Another Forever Fit class — Session II — begins March 3 and also meets Tuesdays and Thursday mornings through April 21. The cost is the same for that session.
