TIME TO ENROLL FOR SUMMER, FALL QUARTERS AT BAKER COLLEGE OF PORT HURON

PORT HURON, Mich. – Baker College of Port Huron is enrolling students for the 2014 summer and fall quarters, with summer classes beginning Monday, June 30, and fall classes beginning Monday, Sept. 29. Registration continues through the first week of classes.

“This can be a good time to assess your career goals and whether additional education will help you achieve them,” said Connie Harrison, Ph.D., Baker College of Port Huron president. “With Baker College’s convenient class schedules for more than 150 high-demand career programs, summer and fall are great times to get started, brush up on some critical job skills or even take those last few classes to complete a degree or certificate program.”

Bachelor’s, associate and certificate career programs offered at Baker’s Port Huron’s campus include dental hygiene, veterinary technology, human services, criminal justice, information technology and security, and a number of business administration programs such as accounting, marketing and human resource management.

The Culinary Institute of Michigan in Port Huron offers associate programs in culinary arts and food and beverage management.

Baker College of Port Huron students have access to financial assistance, including scholarships, grants, low-interest loans and work-study programs.
