Critical Signal Technologies Announces Relocation of Global Headquarters to Novi to Address Growing Business

Critical Signal Technologies (CST) has announced the relocation of its global headquarters from Farmington Hills to a new, larger, state-of-the-art facility in Novi located at 27475 Meadowbrook Rd.

Critical Signal Technologies is a leading provider of Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), medication management systems and TeleHealth solutions, all connected to the company’s 24-hour, state-of-the-art Care Center monitoring facilities in Michigan and Massachusetts. 

“This move addresses the growing demand for our services,” said Critical Signal Technologies President and CEO Jeffery S. Prough.  “It allows us to expand our operations, better serve our explosive growth and create new jobs.”

The 22,000-square-foot office is more than double the size of its previous location and includes additional office space, warehouse space and will allow for an expanded and updated Care Center operation.  This new office also includes multiple conference rooms, a large cafeteria with outdoor seating and a warehouse with truck docks, all in a new rustic setting.

“An expanded Care Center operation will allow our professionals to further enhance the patient experience at CST,” added Prough.  “CST’s point of distinction is our Care Center.  The move furthers our commitment to our customers and the families we serve with our 24/7 monitoring service.”

Critical Signal Technologies plans to hire 25-50 additional people, with approximately 20 in Care Center operations in the next quarter.

The move should be completed by March 2013.
