The Velodrome at Bloomer Park is a great place to bring the family, set up a picnic and watch the cyclists as they speed around the track. There is tiered hillside seating so everyone can get a great view and live music.
A city of Rochester Hills park permit is required for entry into Bloomer Park. A daily permit is $5, and an annual pass is $25.
