OU Event to Focus on Supporting Individuals with Autism

The event will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Monday, April 11, in the Founders Ballroom of the Oakland Center on OU's main campus

The Oakland University Center for Autism is hosting an event to spotlight best practices to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders in a higher education environment.

The event will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Monday, April 11, in the Founders Ballroom of the Oakland Center on OU’s main campus. Options to attend in person or virtually are available. The event will feature guest speaker, Maureen Ziegler, an expert on autism in educational settings.

This event is supported by OU’s Division of Student Affairs and Diversity and the School of Education and Human Services.
