CONSTRUCTION

While I am happy that Royal Oak is being revitalized with new housing, thus increasing the value of our homes and community, I am dismayed by the lack of noise restrictions and construction times.  There is no break from the constant hammering and pounding!  Workers can start early in the morning and continue until 10:00 at night, including Sundays! This is disruptive to neighbors, and the city Council needs to address this issue so that the noise stops earlier; 8:00 PM is late enough, and certainly never on a sunday.
