HAZARDOUS WEATHER: Slippery Sunday Before Spring Makes a Return
Winter isn't giving up in southeast Michigan. Here's what to expect for the rest of the week.

METRO DETROIT, MI – Streets could be slippery before snow changes over to all rain Sunday evening, according to a winter weather advisory issued by the National Weather Service through late afternoon and evening.
Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Genesee and Washtenaw counties are all under some kind of advisory.
Various forecasts call for anywhere from an inch of snow and sleet to as much as 5 inches of snow in some isolated areas.

Once the snow moves out of the area, more springlike temperatures will make a return.

Monday: Showers likely, mainly before 7 a.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 54. West wind 9 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible. Partly cloudy overnight, with a low around 31. West wind 7 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 46. West wind 8 to 14 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 22 mph. Partly cloudy overnight, with a low around 29.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 48; mostly clear, with a low around 33.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 53. Clear overnight, with a low around 38.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 57. Mostly clear overnight, with a low around 42.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 62.
