MPM Property Management - Sterling Heights, MI

Has anyone who has their condominium association managed by MPM Property Management, Greg Cueter owner, had great difficulty communicating or getting answers from him?  Has he ever turned you down to review your financial records which is against the MI Condo Act of 1978?  Do you believe he is charging your association extra fees for services that he is supposed to be providing under his contract with your assocation?  Thanks for your input!
