SPRING: Themes of New Beginnings FOR YOU

We continue to tell ourselves that when we get through the project, sinusitis, or new job, THEN we will take time to relax, to stop and smell the roses. If not today, then when?

Here we are experiencing sunny days and blue skies and feeling glimpses of lightness and new spring things....then WHAM!!!!  Buttons get pushed and punched and overwhelming feelings of anxious anxiety smacks us upside the head, again.

What is one to do>? We continue to tell ourselves,  promise ourselves, that whenwe get through the project,  the season,  the class,  the degree, the sinusitis or surgery, get used to the new job, the new boss or the new inlaws,  THEN we will take the time.  The time for ourself to relax, to refresh, to stop and smell the roses.

It is with my most heartfelt compassion that I must inform you,  it just doesn't work that way.

Since life is a journey, we move through it one minute, one hour and one day at a time.  We are in a perpetual process of experiencing one moment after another and there is never a time when we aren't getting through or finishing or coping or postponing one thing or another.

AND what is one to do?  I invite you to do it differently right now. We know Einstein said that if we keep doing things the same way, we continue to get the same results.

It's spring, new beginnings and opportunities to do your life just a little bit differently.  Schedule yourself ME TIME every week, then increase it gradually to every day. Each time you choose me-time,  you relax and refresh and also boost your immune system and get healthier in your body, mind and spirit!
