Meet the Elliott’s: Douglas, Maryellen,
Addison & Alexander
The Elliott’s are
residents of Saint Clair Shores within the South Lake school district.
Doug was diagnosed with 3 forms of cancer in May 2013 and has been in a
fighting battle ever since. The family just returned from temporarily living in
Georgia so that Doug could receive the best care possible at Cancer Treatment
Centers of America. Mary also struggles with her own chronic illnesses. As we
know, illnesses of any kind take financial and emotional tolls on the entire
family.
