Shanti Yoga Intro to Ayurveda--Diet, Health & More

Ayurveda is yoga's sister science. This ancient practice offers lifestyle and dietary techniques to promote health and harmony in our bodies. In this 2 hour introductory workshop, we'll learn about the mahabuthas--the 5 elements that exist in each of us. We'll look at the energetics of doshas, and how to identify these energies in yourself. Learn how the practice of Ayurveda offers a modern approach to cultivate radiant and vibrant health.


The workshop is presented by Natalie Donnellon Piet, EYRT. Natalie is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and an Ayurvedic Inner Medicine Practioner.
