What I do not understand is why this road is never cleared better or salted lately? Harper is perfect for the morning commute . My concern is that the traffic to drop and pick up kids is in high volume on this road and this is the last road to be taken care of . Does not make sense to me. I would think the safety of our kids would be a top priority ! Please prioritize better . I understand Harper has alot of buisness but the safety of our children should come first!
