Nautical Coast Cleanup, Rubber Duck Race for Autism and St. Joan of Arc Fair on Tap This Week
Festivals, unique fundraisers and the Nautical Coast Clean-up are among the events coming up this week in St. Clair Shores.

Classic cars, rubber ducks, carnival rides and a night out for ladies are among the events on tap this week in St. Clair Shores:
- The St. Joan of Arc Spring Festival returns for the 44th year this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Girls Night Out to benefit St. Germaine Catholic School at the Rhythm-N-Jump Dance Academy, 6-9 p.m. Friday.
- Rubber Duckies to Take to the Water for Autism: The Shorewood Kiwanis are teaming up with the Henry Ford Health System’s Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities to hold a rubber duck race fundraiser at 12:30 p.m., May 18, at the Chapaton Retention Basin.
- The St. Clair Shores Firefighters Union, IAFF Local 1744, will hold their annual charity bowling tournament Saturday, May 18, at Shore Lanes.
- 18th Annual Nautical Coast Cleanup and Lake St. Clair Celebration, 8 a.m. Sunday, May 19, at the Jefferson Beach Yacht Club.
- St. Clair Shores Baseball/Softball opens the 2013 season Sunday, May 19, at Kyte Monroe Park.
- Hot Rods and Hot Cakes classic car show at the Bruce Post VFW #1146 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., Sunday, May 19.
