The Nautical Mile

Why doesn't the Nautical Mile decorate and do promotions for the winter season coming up like the Rochester area? There can be many promotions, seasonal specials, pub crawls in this area.  The Nautical Mile association just roles over and does not see new opportunities! Nothing ventures, NOTHING gained!
