LOCAL STUDENT RECEIVES KETTERING UNIVERSITY TECHNOLOGY AWARD
Local Student Receives Kettering University Technology Award
FLINT, Mich.—Magen Vroman of Trenton, Michigan, a student at Trenton High School, has been awarded a Kettering University Technology Award.
The award recognizes and honors qualified high school juniors and encourages them to consider careers in high demand Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields. The recipients receive a certificate, personalized leather-like
portfolio, and bronze medal.
The student's award is sponsored by Tom Moody of Trenton, a graduate of Kettering University who has joined with other alumni and friends around the country and world to call attention to well-qualified students hoping to fill the talent and employment gap in the specialized STEM fields.
