The mother is charged in the death of a baby abandoned and later found in a recycling bin as the community rallies to bury him.
Monday is Groundhog Day. Michigan’s official groundhog is a bit under the weather so an under study (not this woodchuck) will step in at a ceremony at the Howell Conference and Nature Center.
