The two awards represent projects ILG completed with a client in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Silver Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program Award submission describes a best practices training program, which teaches aseptic best practice skills to employees who work in “clean” manufacturing spaces. This program is an innovative approach to skills training in that it uses virtual reality experiences to build the identified best practices.
