• Troy hyperbaric chamber explosion: Safety manager sentenced for role in boy's death (clickondetroit.com) — A safety manager has been sentenced to 19 months to 15 years in prison for his role in the fatal 2025 hyperbaric chamber explosion at the Oxford Center in Troy that killed 5‑year‑old Thomas Cooper and injured his mother. Prosecutors say staff ignored multiple safety rules, including proper grounding and safe materials in the chamber, leading to the deadly blast.
