Troy Community Chorus Announces “Winter Memories” Concert on Dec. 1

The Troy Community Chorus will present its holiday concert “Winter Memories” on Friday, December 1st at 8:00 p.m. at the Athens High School auditorium, located at 4333 John R Road in Troy. The program, under the direction of Jonathan Lowrie and accompanied by Min Sook Chung, will be a combination of recognizable traditional and contemporary songs that reflect the season’s holiday celebrations. In addition to the music, attendees are able to purchase raffle tickets and win a variety of items and/or services.

Advance tickets are $12 for patrons ages 13 – 62, $10 for seniors and children ages 6 – 12, and children under age five are admitted free of charge. Tickets are also available at the door for $15 each.

The Troy Community Chorus, founded in 1978, is a non-audition choir consisting of 90+ members aged 24 – 85+ years old from across the metropolitan Detroit area.
