The Got Talent Showcase took place Saturday evening at Milford High School as 15 performers took the stage before an enthusiastic crowd of 350 people.
Chris Fraser was the grand prize winner, and received the $1,000 Genisys Credit Union Award. Fraser performed a freestyle yo-yo routine composed of his own innovative and unique tricks. He is a junior at Novi High school and has competed at contests all over the country.
The awards of excellence went to Leah Giesey, Kyle Brown and Noah Enyeart. Giesey is a sixth-grade student at Clifford Smart Middle School in Walled Lake. She sang "Don't Rain On My Parade" by Barbara Streisand.

Brown is a sophomore at Milford High School, and performed an impressive drum solo.
Enyeart is a cellist. He played two movements, Adagio & Allegro, from the Sonata by Benedetto Marcello. He is a fourth-grade student at Johnson Elementary School.
