"Generation Esports is honored to have partnered with organizations that will enable us to provide STEM opportunities to schools that otherwise could not afford to develop their own high-end computer labs," Jason Kirby, President of Generation Esports said.
This initiative to help give STEM learning opportunities and Esports labs to students is sponsored by the Army National Guard, ASUS, and Intel, the program said.
The program said it gives schools the opportunity to positively impact students through competitive gaming, and does this through "fostering academic success, teaching college-and-career-ready skills, and building social skills vital to success for young athletes."
The program said they also offer scholarship programs, diversity, equity and inclusion trainings, 'gaming concepts' curriculum, and fundraising assistance.
