It is with the greatest pleasure that the Partners of Moquist Thorvilson Kaufmann LLC (MTK) announce the admission of Jay Dunphy as a Partner with the firm.
Dunphy joined MTK in September, 2001, having five years of experience in public accounting before coming to the
firm. He quickly rose to leadership within MTK and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2004 and Director in 2009.
During the past 11 years, Dunphy has been involved in many of MTK’s largest engagements, creating outstanding
relationships with every client with whom he worked. Additionally, he has been very successful in bringing in new clients to the firm – something he dedicates himself to achieving and always focuses on.

Dunphy has spent much of his time between both the assurance and tax service sides of the firm for his clients.
This experience makes him perfectly suited for MTK’s Accounting Solutions department, which he has recently agreed to lead along with fellow Partner Tim Baranick.

Dunphy’s dedication to clients and hard work is well known to everyone who has worked with him. He’s a great
