A presentation from Edina Public Schools Superintendent Ric Dressen on the November operating and capital levy referendums. Two questions will be on the ballot for voters in the Edina School District: Renew the current operating levy; and renew and increase the capital levy. Renewed levies provide revenue for 10 years.
