Turbo Toro 'Will Steal Your Heart'
This Chihuahua/Dachshund mix is available for adoption through Secondhand Hounds.
Long-bodied and short-legged, Toro loves to be silly and play. He’s earned the nickname Turbo Toro with his foster family because, though he may not be built like a runner, he sure likes to act like one. His foster mom Juelle Welliver said he would do best with a fenced yard where he could run around freely.
Toro is not aggressive and he’s not much of a barker either. He is crate and kennel trained. He gets along with others big and small and is loving with his foster family but is fearful of strangers.
As long as you’re willing to work with him on trusting others, Welliver said, “‘If you want a dog that will love you, play with you... this boy is for you.”

But be careful. Welliver had some words for the wise.
“Toro will steal your heart,” she said.
