Edinans should be proud to call themselves cake-eaters today, as this evening one of their own takes the national stage in a sugary battle.

will be featured tonight on the Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. Each week, four of the nation’s sweetest and meanest cupcake crafters go head to head (or cupcake to cupcake) in a series of challenges until one is deemed the true cupcake master, taking home $10,000 and the opportunity to bake at a high profile event.  

Will Sweet Retreat’s Robin Johnson be crowned Cupcake Queen? Sit down with a warm cupcake and a glass of milk and tune in to the Food Network tonight at 7 p.m. to find out. In advance of the show’s airing, Johnson’s lips are sealed to any cupcake-related questions, but rest assured Patch will bring you all the gooey details just as soon as we have them.
