• Takeout loan for Maple Grove complex secured (finance-commerce.com) — A major Maple Grove apartment complex, The Edison at Maple Grove, just secured a $48.3 million long-term Freddie Mac loan to replace its construction financing. While the deal is mainly financial, it signals confidence in the city's high-end rental market and helps stabilize ownership of the 248-unit development completed in 2025.
