• Denny's franchisee abruptly closes Burnsville, other Minnesota and Wisconsin locations (limitless-news.com) — A Denny's restaurant in Roseville has permanently closed as part of a broader shutdown of several MI5 Inc.–owned locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, citing unsustainable debt and payroll issues. Roseville employees were given just one day's notice, are being urged to apply for unemployment, and may have wage claims in an anticipated Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.
