The official Grand Opening celebration begins at 9:30 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside city officials and community leaders. The new O'Fallon location will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, starting with the public opening on Nov. 2.
