• Norfolk man arrested after firearm, shooting investigation linked to Texas warrant (1011now.com) — Norfolk police arrested a 20-year-old local man wanted on a Texas felony warrant after an early-morning incident involving a stolen firearm and a shot-damaged vehicle windshield.
