• Former Nebraska school buildings help change affordable housing equation (norfolkneradio.com) — Ogallala's long-vacant middle school is slated to become the 40-unit Schoolhouse Apartments by about 2028, backed by roughly $9 million in low-income housing tax credits and city-supported cleanup funds.
