Alleged Heroin Dealer, User Indicted

Plus, alleged Nashua arsonist, alleged Lyndeborough forger, alleged Derry thief, and alleged Hudson burglar, were all indicted recently.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Richard Murphy, 51, of Spring Cove Road in Nashua, on a felony habitual offender charge from Nov. 12, 2015, on Main Street in Nashua after being found to be a habitual offender by the New Hampshire Department of Safety.

Shaun Murphy, 47, of South Main Street in Derry, on two counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Nov. 21, and Dec. 11, 2015, he allegedly took more than $1,000 worth of property from Lens Crafters, and more than $1,500 from Macy’s Sunglass Hut, Sunglass Hut, and Olive Wood Creations in Nashua.

Jason McCarter, 27, of Piper Road in Ashby, MA, for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, and felony falsifying physical evidence. On Nov. 7, 2015, he was allegedly driving drunk on Beard Street in Nashua, resisted arrest, and “concealed a plastic bag containing an unknown substance with a purpose to impair its availability in such investigation.”

Keelan McNallen, 31, of Grove Road in Lyndeborough, on two felony forgery counts. In Milford, in August 2015, he allegedly forged checks for $470 at TD Bank.

Robert Ngari, 31, currently incarcerated, for felony burglary. On Jan. 1, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly burglarized a Riverside Avenue home.

Robert Olson, 50, of School Street in Jaffrey, for felony theft by deception. Between January and May 2015, he allegedly stole property and money from Nashua residents.

Lauren Peters, 43, of Hevey Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug. On Aug. 16, 2014, in Merrimack, she was allegedly in possession of heroin.

Louis Spaulding, 44, with a last known address of Cox Street in Nashua, for felony arson and three counts of criminal mischief. He allegedly started a fire at his home, broke a cellphone, a mirror, and wooden dresser.

Marc Tocci, 35, with a last known address of Hamilton Street in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between May and August 2015, he allegedly stole more than $1,500 worth of tires from Monro Muffler in Hudson.
