Merrimack Teen Arrested on Driving Charges: Amherst Police Log

Plus, Amherst man arrested on drug, theft charges and Londonderry man arrested on warrant, drug charge.

AMHERST, NH — Thomas Fallon, 48, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and theft of services. Fallon was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Skylar Brenton, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2017, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. Brenton was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

David Sanderson, 48, of Amherst, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2017, on a charge of conduct after an accident. Sanderson was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 16, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

John Warren III, 31, of Londonderry, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Feb. 20, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug, as well as on an arrest warrant issued by the Hooksett Police Department. Warren was released on $500 PR bail on the Amherst charges, with a court date set for March 16, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Michael Berthiaume, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2017, on a charge of driving after suspension. Berthiaume was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 16, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
