Nashua Men Arrested On Theft Charges: Amherst Police Log

Plus, a Nashua man and a Wilton woman were arrested for DWI and a hit-and-run crash was reported at the Souhegan High School.

AMHERST, NH — Katelyn O’Brien, 29, of Wilton, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2017, on a charge of DWI-second offense. O’Brien was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 2, 2017 at the Milford District Court.

Anthony Guilmette, age 31, of Nashua, was arrested on a theft charge at 4:55 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2017. He was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 16, 2017 at the Milford District Court.

Steven Overby, 32, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2017, on a charge of DWI. Overby was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 6, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2017, the Amherst Police Department investigated a hit and run accident which occurred in the parking lot of the Souhegan High School.

At 1:39 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 122 at the Route 101 overpass. No injuries were reported.

Jose Deleon, 29, of Nashua, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2017, on a charge of accomplice to theft. Deleon was released on $1,200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Nov. 16, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
