Son Indicted for Attacking Mom with Shards of Glass
Plus, alleged Nashua and Amherst drug dealers and Hudson habitual offender indicted.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County District Court recently:
Charles Francoeur, 26, of Lock Street in Nashua, on seven felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (oxycodone hydrochloride) allegedly on seven different days during the month of July 2015, in Nashua.

Holly Gallant, 36, of Willow Lane in Amherst, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug (oxycodone hydrochloride) in January 2015, in Milford and Nashua.
Timothy Gore, 47, of Derry Lane in Hudson, for felony habitual offender after allegedly operating a motor vehicle on Derry Street in Hudson on July 24, 2015, after being declared a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Richard Gurley, 20, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for receiving stolen property and criminal liability for conduct of another theft by unauthorized taking. Between June 4, and June 10, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly received a stolen Kohl’s gift card that belonged to someone else, and allegedly aided Matthew Gelardi – while acting as lookout – while he allegedly stole a Sig Sauer firearm from another person’s vehicle.
Ryan Hutchinson, 26, with a last known address of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on June 13, 2015, in Nashua.
Evangelos Ioannou, 26, pictured, of Hanover Street in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct and simple assault. On Sept. 2, 2015, he allegedly threw pieces of glass at his mother as a weapon against her causing a laceration to her wrist.
