Wilton Pair Arrested on Drug Charges: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Allen Six, 22, of Wilton, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017 on charges of driving after suspension and transportation of a controlled drug. Six was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Allison Drake, 25, of Wilton, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Drake was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Roger Bernier, 51, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. on Feb. 12, 2017, on a charge of conspiracy to commit theft by deception. Bernier was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Kevin O’Brien, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2017, on a charge of criminal threatening. O’Brien was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 16, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
